Wow as I stated before, it is really hard for me to get back here when I want to. I have no idea where all the time goes. So today I started off late for church this morning. I normaly go to the eight o'clock service then Sunday School. I attend the eleven o'clock service if my daughter has to either sing in the choir or do anything else. Now lately my human alarm clock (DH) hasn't been getting me up early enough for me to be on time for different things this last week. So this morning when I only had thirty minutes to get ready for church, he knew that that wouldn't be enough tie. But, an I really blame him? I say no, because if I really wan to be on time for church, I could set my own alarm clock and make sure I get up on time. Instead I sure wanted to be mad at him, but I talked myself out of it and got ready as fast as I could. 'bout time we got to church they were at the announcements. That is a shame. Anyway, the message was good this morning, At least I didn't miss that. Sunday School was good too.
We are studying the book of Exodus ch 14-15 and today we went over way God chose to make the Israelites wait to what seemed like the last minute before He rescued them and opened the red sea. We also talked about what were the red sea's in our lives. What obstacles are we waiting for God to take care of? What circumstances is God telling us to keep moving forward towards? Like I said both services were good today.
So after church I did what I do every Sunday and that is head to the 99cent store to by my Sunday papers. I usually get at least four papers because I clip coupons. I mean I really clip and organize coupons and trade them as well. If you are interested there is a site pinching your pennies that can help set you up and help you get started in the world of couponing. It is another world all in and of itself. I have been having so much fun saving hundreds, yes hundreds of dollars and stock piling my home with food at such low prices. You will be amazed how much you can save on your grocery bill. You will also learn the different stores policy on coupons and rain checks that can help you save even more.
Well anyway I only bought 2 paper today and there were no coupons, I bought 4 last week and again no coupons. I had a fit today and headed right back up to the store. This is after I got completely undressed and in my comfortable pj's. Don't think I didn't go to the store in my pj's. I walked right up to customer service and explained my problem and that I wanted my money back so I could go buy some papers with coupons. Long story short, I got my money back, but none of the papers had coupons in them...a rip off for people who don't want to pay $2.50 for a paper.
OK I need to go now, I just got a call from a long ago friend and I need to talk with her. So see ya later
