When you were younger, you heard the word teamwork all the time. Whether it was in football, at school, or with your family or friends, you knew that teamwork meant working together to win the game, to finish a project, or to get a job done. Now as an adult, you work with – or lead – a group of people (your team) on a daily basis. What does it takes to work effectively and productively as a team? How do you lead in a way that people want to follow you?
